About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and polished Salon Assistant to support daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for our clients and stylists. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced beauty focused environment and is eager to grow within the industry.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations and common areas Prepare tools towels and products for stylists and technicians Support scheduling client check ins and appointment coordination Assist with inventory management and product restocking Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times Provide general support to stylists nail technicians and management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a salon or hospitality setting preferred Fluent in English additional languages are a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Willingness to learn and grow within the beauty industry Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
