We are seeking a punctual and customer-oriented Part-time On Call Saleswoman to support our retail Activation Project across store locations. The ideal candidate will be presentable, confident, and capable of providing excellent customer service while maintaining store standards and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the store according to company SOPs.
Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection.
Provide styling advice and promote sales through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain visual merchandising, stock displays, and store cleanliness.
Replenish stock and report shortages through the assigned communication channel.
Handle cash transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Ensure grooming standards, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
Submit end-of-day reports and ensure the store is secure.
Requirements:
Experienced in Pos system operations.
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stand for long working hours.
Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English required
