We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Salesman / Saleswoman with experience in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, and closing sales deals across assigned territories. You must be confident, persuasive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Requirements:
Experience of Meat and Poultry products sale to HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) in field/outdoor sales (5 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel daily.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers through field visits and door-to-door outreach.
Promote and sell company products/services directly to customers.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
Submit daily sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Handle client complaints professionally and follow up on service delivery.
