Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our HR Manpower Services to clients in the UAE. The Salesperson will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with other departments to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Provide information and advice to clients on our HR Manpower Services
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HR manpower services industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of local laws and regulations related to HR and employment
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Do you have a Valid UAE driving license?
