Job Description

Plastech International FZC, a leading plastic products manufacturing company based in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales/Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and promoting our plastic products in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product sales Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in local and international markets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer demands Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to represent the company Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor and analyze sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic products industry Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Knowledge of the UAE market and international sales channels Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) Driving license preferred
