We're seeking a

Sales/Marketing & Communication Specialist

to lead strategic marketing and communication efforts

AND

drive sales by acquiring new projects and finalizing deals with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition

Identify potential leads and turn them into

closed business deals

. Present our solutions and services to clients across diverse industries. Manage the entire

sales pipeline

from lead generation to project onboarding. Build long-term client relationships and manage after-sales satisfaction.

Marketing & Communication (Online/Offline)

Lead the development and execution of integrated MarCom strategies. Create and implement

annual/quarterly/monthly marketing plans

aligned with brand goals. Oversee

digital campaigns, PR, BTL/ATL activations, and brand consistency

across all touchpoints. Manage the company's online presence including websites, social media, and CRM platforms. Create engaging content and marketing collateral (digital & print). Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to boost brand positioning and awareness.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree

in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Master's is a plus)

2+ years experience

in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Communication in a tech environment. Fluent in

English

; Arabic is a strong advantage. Strong command of

digital tools, CRM, branding, SEO/SEM, analytics

, and campaign management. Excellent

negotiation, public speaking, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet sales targets. UAE

Driving License

is preferred.
