Looking for a Salesman with 2-5 years experience for a Metal Fabrication Company based out of Al-Quoz, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, industrial, and architectural sectors.
Promote and sell steel fabrication services including custom metal works, structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum solutions.
Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
Coordinate with the estimation and production teams to ensure feasibility and timelines.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2-5 years minimum) in
sales within the steel fabrication or construction industry
.
Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (basic understanding).
Valid UAE driving license (if based in UAE).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Self-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
