About the Role:
Join our FMCG sales team focusing on the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) across the UAE and Abu Dhabi. You will drive sales growth by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new sales opportunities within the HORECA segment (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering services)
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular visits and support
Present products, negotiate deals, and close sales successfully
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide market feedback and competitive insights
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' sales experience in FMCG, ideally with HORECA clients
Strong understanding of the UAE food service and hospitality market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle (must be ready to obtain if relocating)
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Willingness to relocate to or work within the UAE (support available)
