The Role
Position: Jewellery sales representative -Retail Salary: 4,000 AED - 8,000 AED depending on the qualifications and experience Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates About the client: The hiring company is a wholesaler and supplier of precious metals and stones. . Engaging with customers to build ongoing relationships through Clientele . Ensuring that all operational processes are delivered accurately and efficiently, including providing personalisation services (full training provided) . Supporting the store team in maintaining a caring and supportive working environment . Be responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the brand in-store . Drive a high conversion of sales in a professional and positive manner . Take ownership for customer experiences and representation of the brand values . Ensure you have sound product knowledge of the whole collection . Excellent communication with the Management regarding customers feedback on product and services . Go the extra mile to meet monthly targets through upselling techniques
Requirements
Requirements . Must have experience in handling HNI clients . Must have experience working in Jewellery or any luxury brand industry . Must have experience in attending B2C trade shows . Strong communication/convincing skills . Must possess interpersonal skills . Must be presentable . Must be flexible to travel for exhibitions across the globe . UAE Driving license required
