*Sales Force Manager*

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Force Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, managing teams, and implementing effective strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

*Responsibilities:*

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Set and communicate sales targets, goals, and objectives to the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, providing ongoing coaching and support.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (X years) in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team.
