to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FSL architecture, configuration, and integration, and be capable of working independently in a remote environment. This role is essential in transforming field service operations for global clients through innovative Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce Field Service, including design, development, and deployment.
Configure and customize FSL to support business requirements like work orders, service appointments, skills-based routing, territories, and dispatcher consoles.
Integrate FSL with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, CPQ) and third-party applications.
Conduct gap analysis, define technical specifications, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Create and manage data models, custom objects, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and participate in code reviews and QA.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and Field Service innovations.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in Salesforce Field Service (formerly FSL) with at least
3 full-cycle implementations
.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
Solid understanding of field operations, workforce management, and service logistics.
Experience with mobile field service deployment and offline capabilities.
Salesforce Field Service Certification is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Salesforce Field Service configuration & optimization
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL
Integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce Mobile App and custom mobile solutions
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to interact with global clients and work independently
Agile/Scrum experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
