Our Midldle East Services Team are looking for a PD Field Services Engineer, who will provide first class service for the Eaton installed base products and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What youll do:
The primary function of this role is to perform engineering commissioning, service/repairs and periodic maintenance for Eaton Install base. You will be working on PD products like Switchgears, Electrical Panels, LV, MV units, etc.
You will follow-up customer agreements and customer satisfaction through planning, execution, documentation and invoicing of service tasks. Ensure update of customer information, technical documentation and input to correct invoicing of customers. Support customers in technical questions (phone and/ or mail). Support own colleagues in Service department with technical knowledge. Participate in required training (technical, mandatory by Eaton or by law). Responsibilities over the service request realization (timing, effectiveness).
The key Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing Engineering commissioning, service, repair and preventive maintenance on Eatonxc2xb4s Installed Base/products.
Proactively be involved in scheduling/planning of works.
Secure timely reporting and technical engineering reports are done in connection to each individual work.
Provide optimum Engineering service support for customers through phone, personal visits, etc.
Develop service-related trainings to field engineers staffs as well as customers
Perform service engineering activities according to company policies and safety standards
Develop technical documentations for service-related issues and resolutions.
Investigate and troubleshoot product service issues
Identify problems and record solutions for reference purposes
Educate customer representative about the product usage and maintenance
Stay updated on industry standards and technical service engineering knowledge
Address customer inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinate with various teams to fix product issues
Inform management on product service issues as observed through interaction with clients.
Use technical engineering Skillset and product specification knowledge, to customize products to fit the need of define target Markets.
Drive effective product launches and engineering campaigns.
Using engineering skillset to customize and address the market Gap and product fit analysis.
Showcase Eaton's engineering capabilities to new accounts and segments
Qualifications:
Electrical Engineering degree
5+ years experience from the ME market
Skills:
Technical Knowledge/experience with Switchgears, Electrical Panels, LV, MV
