Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Optimization:
Lead the full use and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:
Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder
AMPscript personalization and dynamic content
Data Extensions, automation rules, suppression logic, and contact segmentation
Multi-brand campaign strategy and intelligent audience management
Implement AI-powered personalization and analytics using Salesforce Einstein and Prompt Builder
Integrate Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS) with Salesforce for transactional and marketing communications
Develop unified suppression and cadence controls to manage communication frequency across verticals
Lead deployment of cross-vertical campaigns while maintaining brand-specific tone and compliance
Salesforce Experience Cloud Management:
Build and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, including:
Secure self-registration, login flows, and two-factor authentication
Custom member dashboards, personalized itineraries, and booking access
Article subscriptions, support forms, and concierge service integration
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, CRM managers, and vertical-specific teams to align marketing and data infrastructure.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum
5+ years of hands-on experience
with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not just Pardot)
Proven track record of building complex customer journeys and personalized campaigns using Journey Builder and AMPscript
Deep understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud, including portal setup, community permissions, and dynamic content delivery
Hands-on experience with Twilio integrations, especially WhatsApp/SMS for real-time engagement
