Job Description
100% REMOTE We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript, with a proven ability to build and maintain customized Salesforce applications. In addition, you should hold both Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator certifications to ensure a comprehensive understanding of both technical and administrative aspects of Salesforce.

- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Design, implement, and manage complex workflows, processes, and automation on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write and optimize efficient, reusable, and scalable code for Salesforce applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external APIs.
- Implement data validation, trigger-based automation, and security measures within Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Ensure that Salesforce applications adhere to best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin team to configure and deploy custom objects, fields, and reports.
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce updates and best practices, continuously improving development skills and knowledge.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
- Expertise in Salesforce integrations, RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration options, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
