Strong knowledge on Salesforce Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Flows and Triggers, etc.
Experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visual Force pages/components, and SOQL / SOSL
Ability to customize objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
Ability to implement Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Service Console features for Service Cloud.
Candidates must have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture
In depth knowledge of Salesforce Lighting & Lightning Component Framework
Experience with Salesforce Portals and Communities
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and have the experience of configuring and manage Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
Experience in developing AMPscript and SQL queries for dynamic content and segmentation.
Extensive knowledge of Integration through REST API and SOAP API
Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD tools.
Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
Ability to manage heavy workloads and projects, many on a time-sensitive basis while still maintaining accuracy with a strong attention to detail
Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is a must
Ability to work independently with users/clients, understand business requirements, and translate into workable salesforce solutions
Must be able to communicate solutions to technical and non-technical users, provide adequate training to end-users
Must have 5+ years of extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience including experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They will be responsible for configuration, development, unit testing, and deployment of capabilities and functionality.
