What you\'ll do\xe2\x80\xa6
We are looking for an individual that can help us continually improve and drive efficiency in our business operations. In this role you will support the team in assessing its needs and developing customised solutions within the CRM. You will also help the business optimize its sales processes and provide sales insights that can help us grow exponentially.
On a daily basis you will:

• Conduct detailed analysis on business requirements through meeting stakeholders, utilise knowledge of best practice & your domain expertise to develop effective solutions on Salesforce in accordance with our internal processes and structure.
• Maintain, configure, and test all the CRM platform along with managing deadlines and producing technical documentation.
• Ensure best data solutions are provided and best practices are followed, by working closely with other teams for performing data reviews to develop effective CRM solutions.
• Provide technical plans/specifications & convert them to wider business teams and address any company-wide issues to make their processes more efficient
• Create technical documentation and conduct workshops for other teams in the company to gain a detailed understanding of the requirements and identify any gaps in the current system.
• Provide regular training on the CRM platform to all stakeholders of the organization.
• Provide Salesforce product knowledge and develop the Salesforce platform as required.

What we need from you\xe2\x80\xa6

• Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML5, JavaScript.
• Proven experience in developing and configuring changes on Salesforce for business purpose.
• Experience working on Salesforce Cloud offerings like \xe2\x80\x93 Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• In-depth experience of using Process Builders and Flows.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Declarative skills.
• Proven experience of working on Salesforce Integrations.
• Experienced in data management & data modelling
• Ideally you would have used any of the following tools to enhance the Salesforce platform: Visualforce, Apex fundamentals, Lightning framework. Developer console, Web services, SQL, Salesforce Object Query Language, Batch Apex, Visualforce Pages
• You have worked on Salesforce Security & Automation Processes
• You hold one or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud)
• You have a proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and a good work ethic, ready to absorb best practice from the team,
• You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally & in writing to understand & elicit business needs & translate them into technical specifications
