Responsibilities:
Experience Required:
13 or more years of experience in project management in IT and business/industry • 5 to 8 years of managing projects and taking leadership responsibilities • 3 years of managing teams • Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field • Certified in Project Management (PMP or Prince) • Preferred to be a scrum master or carries an agile certificate.
Monitoring Status message from Salesforce- Ensure testing for quarterly upgrade
- Active participant and be part of technical discussion on requirements for salesforce
- Document technical requirement and ensure clear communication with all stake holders and colleagues
- Support end users on issues in salesforce
Experience Required:
Salesforce Admin certified.- A knowledge on license is preferred
- 3 plus experience in areas of click and configure, Create objects, Manage Workflows, Process Flows, Community, Approval process etc.
- 3 plus experience in areas of development, Visual Force Pages, Apex Class, Test class
