Position : Salesforce developer
Contract: Yearly renewal contract
Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and Platform Events.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, including bulkification, exception handling, and maintaining high test coverage.
Support deployments and manage tasks using tools like Azure DevOps.
Optimize data models and sharing architecture through Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchy.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery and platform stability.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively adopt relevant new features.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
Proven experience with HexaBPM Manage Package.
Deep knowledge of Service Cloud. Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and various integration patterns.
Solid understanding of data modeling, security models, sharing rules, and Salesforce governance limits.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Experience Cloud, Services Cloud, Salesforce Data Analytics, Einstein, and Agentforce.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery processes.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proven experience with HexaBPM Manage Package.
