Arabic-speaking Customer Support & Sales Representative
with
prior experience working in a medical clinic
. The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, support appointment scheduling, and assist with sales and follow-ups .

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and inquiries in
Arabic
& English
Assist patients with appointment booking, confirmations, and follow-ups
Explain clinic services, treatments, and pricing clearly and professionally
Convert inquiries into booked appointments (sales-focused role)
Maintain accurate patient records and CRM updates
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff
Handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
Meet daily/weekly booking and sales targets
Requirements:
Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (mandatory)
Strong communication and sales skills
Customer-service-oriented with a friendly attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of medical or aesthetic services is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
