Greet customers, offer assistance, provide detailed product knowledge, and answer questions to guide them to suitable products. To effectively interact with diverse customers and build rapport. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Thorough understanding of the products or services offered to answer questions and highlight benefits. A customer-centric approach focused on providing a positive and helpful experience. To keep the sales floor tidy, manage inventory, and process transactions efficiently. Explain current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs; upselling or suggesting additional items to increase purchase value. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and credit card payments, process sales, and manage returns or refunds accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked, arranged attractively, and displays are up-to-date. Assist with receiving new inventory, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock or product discrepancies to management. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, gather feedback, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Work effectively with other sales associates and team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive environment. Monitor the sales floor for suspicious activity and adhere to company security policies to support loss prevention efforts.
