We are looking for a passionate and energetic

Sales Training & Employee Engagement Officer

to join our team. This role is responsible for training sales staff, with a strong focus on

customer service excellence

, while also leading initiatives that

enhance employees' well-being and work-life balance

. The ideal candidate will support the professional development of our sales force and create a positive, motivated work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training:

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions focused on customer service skills, sales techniques, and brand knowledge. Identify knowledge gaps through assessments and feedback, and develop improvement plans. Create training materials, manuals, and documentation as needed. Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales team members. Continuously monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Employee Engagement & Well-being:

Organize regular team outings, bonding events, and social gatherings to foster team spirit. Negotiate and manage partnerships to provide employee discounts at entertainment venues, healthcare providers, fashion retailers, gyms, etc. Work closely with HR to implement initiatives that improve employees' quality of life inside and outside the workplace. Act as a trusted point of contact for staff support and motivation. Support internal communication of wellness and engagement programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in training, coaching, or HR engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of customer service and sales processes. Empathetic, motivational, and proactive personality. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
