Key Responsibilities:



Plan, implement, and evaluate employee engagement strategies and initiatives Collaborate with HR, leadership, and teams to promote a positive workplace culture Organize recognition programs, surveys, team-building events, and internal campaigns Analyze feedback and engagement data to recommend improvements Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and professional development opportunities

Experience in HR, communications, or employee engagement roles Strong interpersonal and project management skills Creative thinker with a passion for building inclusive, people-centered experiences

Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
