Job Description
At least 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the ladies beauty or salon industry.
Demonstrated success in retail sales, with quantifiable achievements.
Strong background in sales training and team motivation.
Experience managing retail operations and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Willingness to travel across branches and work flexible hours as needed.
