We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our properties and services to potential clients via phone calls, guiding them through the buying process, and helping them find their perfect home or investment opportunity. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote real estate services and properties.
- Engage in effective conversations to understand client needs and present suitable options.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and stay updated on real estate trends in Dubai.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Required candidate profile
- Proven experience in telesales or a related field, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Strong selling skills with a persuasive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- A strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai is preferred.
