Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Sales / Telesales Executive - Emirati

to join our growing team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in sales, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products/services. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Meet or exceed sales targets as assigned by management. Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client's needs. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to explore new market opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

UAE National with a valid

Family Book

. 6-12 months of experience in a sales role preferably real estate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. English fluency; Arabic language skills preferred. High motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

Must be based in Dubai
