Digitalcoo Technologies, for Etisalat SME sales, is expanding its sales team and looking for enthusiastic, target-driven individuals who want to grow in a dynamic telecom environment.
Role Overview
We're seeking confident and motivated sales executives who can communicate effectively with customers, build strong relationships, and drive business growth through both telesales and field sales activities.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers via calls, visits, and scheduled meetings.
Clearly explain Etisalat services and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Consistently follow up with leads to ensure successful closures.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Prepare daily and weekly sales activity updates.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and performance.
Keep track of market conditions and identify new business opportunities.
? Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 to 4 years of sales experience in the UAE (telecom background preferred, also consider real estate & bank sales).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and resilience when dealing with customer objections.
Fluency in English, Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic is an advantage.
Must currently reside in the UAE.
Quick learner and confident in explaining products.
Compensation
Salary: AED 2,500 - 5,000
