Sales Executive/Tele-sales executive (Male candidates aged below 32):-

Car Habibi, Dubai's leading car accessories and wrapping brand, seeks a

highly driven Sales Executive

to join our team. The role focuses on

tele-calling

,

building strong customer relationships

, and

driving add-on sales

. You must have

excellent communication and convincing skills

to

convert inquiries/out-bound calls into sales

and deliver an

exceptional customer experience

Job Role:-

Fresh leads

are given on a daily basis by the company. You are expected to make

outbound calls

to already interested customers and generate showroom

visit bookings/appointments

. Once the confirmed booking customer reaches the showroom you are expected to

greet them with a smile

and

introduce the products

and services they are interested in. You are then expected to

convince the customer

to

make a purchase

and also suggest

add-on sales

available in the showrrom. Once the

sale is complete

, you are expected to

maintain a good relationship

with the customer for long term as

referrals

are a big part of our business. To summarise - you will be taking care of the

entire customer journey

from the time the lead is given to you to the time you

close the deal

.

Strong communication

with

fluent english

is a must and

fluent Hindi

is a plus point.
Key Responsibilities:-

Make

150+calls/day

with atleast

50% connected calls on CRM

.

Analyse lead

and

qualify

them for a

showroom visit

. Accountable for

sales target, cross-selling/up-selling, customer support

and

customer retention

.

Plan and forecast sales target

through

techniques

like

strong follow-ups

leading to a

concrete sales pipeline

. Handling

walk-in customers

and

understand their needs

, and

selling available products.

Highly motivated

individual with

proven ability

to

achieveing

and

exceeding targets

.

team coordination

is a must.
