Role Overview
We are seeking confident, motivated
Sales Executives
who can communicate effectively, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth through both telesales and field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through calls, field visits, and scheduled meetings.
Clearly present Etisalat services and recommend the most suitable solutions based on customer needs.
Develop, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Follow up consistently to ensure successful deal closures.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and performance.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
1 to 4 years of sales experience in the UAE (telecom experience preferred; real estate and banking sales backgrounds also considered).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, resilience, and strong objection-handling skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic is an added advantage.
Must currently reside in the UAE.
Fast learner with the confidence to explain products clearly.
