Job Description

The Team Leader - Real Estate Sales will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, ensuring high-quality client service, driving revenue growth, and maintaining a strong brand presence in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management



Lead, motivate, and support a team of property consultants to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews. Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for team members. Train and guide new agents on company systems, sales techniques, and local market knowledge.

Sales & Business Development



Develop and implement effective sales strategies for primary and secondary property markets. Oversee prospecting, property listings, and deal closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders. Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and after-sales service.
