The Real Estate Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing, motivating, and guiding a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Supervise daily operations of the sales team, including property listings, client meetings, and negotiations.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Support agents with client interactions, deal closures, and documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.
Ensure the team follows company policies, professional ethics, and legal regulations.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
