Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support
Assist with negotiations and deal closing when required
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Track leads, conversions, and sales performance reports
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive in real estate
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
