Purpose of Role



The Sales Team Leader will drive and manage a real-estate sales team, achieve/exceed sales targets, build strong client relationships, and ensure high service standards in compliance with UAE regulations and market practices.

Lead, mentor, motivate and manage a team of real-estate sales agents to meet individual and team targets. Qualifications & Experience



Education & Credentials

Experience



Minimum of

3-5 years
