Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents.
Monitor team performance through KPIs, sales reports, and regular feedback sessions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Guide the team in property listings, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Ensure high levels of customer service and client relationship management.
Coordinate with marketing teams to support lead generation activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Handle escalated client queries and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience (3-5+ years) in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
