Sales Team Leader
to guide and inspire our property consultants toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Assist team members in closing high-value deals when necessary.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand client base and property listings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management to ensure smooth lead flow and sales processes.
Stay up to date with UAE property market trends, laws, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
Broker's License (optional but a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
