Lead, manage, and mentor a team of property consultants
Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan and ready properties
Provide training, coaching, and daily support to the team
Maintain strong client and developer relationships
Handle high-value negotiations and closing of deals
Report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of UAE real estate experience
At least
1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
Proven sales track record
, especially in off-plan properties
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus)
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
Must be currently in the UAE and
available to join immediately
