Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Coach:
Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Support Representatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to telephone communication standards.
Optimize Operations:
Oversee daily telephone support activities, monitor call quality and KPIs, and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Resolve & Improve:
Handle escalated customer inquiries via phone, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate:
Work closely with sales, SCM, warehouse and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
