As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient process of generating and delivering quotations to clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, logistics, and other relevant departments to provide the necessary information and support required for successful sales transactions. Quotation Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end quotation process, including stock order checking, creating, updating, and distributing quotations to potential and existing clients. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of the quotation cycle. Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, product specifications, and pricing strategies. Provide essential data and documentation to facilitate effective client communication. Pricing and Cost Analysis: Analyze cost factors and pricing structures to assist in determining competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for pricing adjustments when necessary. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all quotations, proposals, and client communication. Ensure all documents are easily accessible for reference and reporting. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather additional information, answer inquiries, and negotiate terms when needed. Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery once quotations are accepted. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on quotation activities, sales performance, and pricing trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as Sales Coordinator or similar roles, handling Quotation Cycle Management within trading industry.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accountancy, Financial Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
