Job Description
Task and Responsibilities
- Reply to Customers’ inquiries in order to achieve sales team KPI’s.
- Update and renew quotations on CRM & ERP.
- Send Market mapping reports on a weekly basis
- Support and cover Sales team in the weekly sales meeting, Voyage Performance Review meeting and daily huddle preparations
- Report customers’ updates on the system.
- Follow up on customer’s outstanding report
- Support Sales team (Dry & Reefer) by updating customers’ Service contracts & opportunities
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor Degree in relevant fields (preferably shipping/ logistics)
