Hillebrand Gori is looking for a Sales Support Intern

In this job, you will:

Under direct supervision, provide day-to-day administrative support on processes and activities for sales administration/ sales support Undertake assigned tasks to support a sales team, unit or department. Perform generally repetitive routine tasks such as data gathering, entering and validation Put together relevant information and data for preparation of sales contracting and maintenance agreements to support sales teams Share information regarding stock and shipment of orders to keep customers/ sales teams updated Follow up on orders to ensure smooth delivery Enter data and generate routine reports for supporting sales teams and regarding sales efficiency Follow and achieve compliance with set processes and policies Check recurring routine issues faced during delivery, else escalate to supervisor for inputs and guidance Support pre- and after-sales activities Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
