We are a fast-growing Forex trading firm focused on providing top-tier trading platforms, educational tools, and client support to global traders. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team and convert leads into active trading clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries from digital marketing, ads, or referral sources.
Explain Forex trading services, account types, and platform features to potential clients.
Convert warm and cold leads into funded trading accounts.
Maintain regular contact with prospects to guide them through the account opening and funding process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Update CRM with call details, follow-ups, and status.
Coordinate with sales managers and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Requirements:
1-5 years proven experience in telecalling / telesales, preferably in Forex, stock trading, or financial services.
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English + Hindi Local Languages
Ability to explain financial products in a clear, engaging, and compliant manner.
Basic knowledge of Forex trading and financial markets is a plus.
Target driven and self motivated with a positive attitude.
