Euroland IR is an international company with offices in Europe, Middle East and Asia. We develop and supply market-leading financial solutions for corporate websites Investor Relations sections. Our clients are stock listed companies around the world.

Euroland IR's office in Dubai is looking for an Sales/Customer back-end support.

The purpose is to assist sales assistants with backend administration. In Euroland IR we concentrate on establishing trustworthy long-term relationship with our prospects and internal & external customers.

- Liaise with support team to ensure after-sales request are made.

- Daily follow up with support team to ensure that the clients request is attended too.

- Closely work with sales assistant in finalizing the after-sales task.

- Assist in calling up potential clients and arranging meetings for the sales dept.

- Assist in any other tasks that may be needed.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support.

- Excellent oral and written English.

- Advanced knowledge of call centre services industry and best practices.

- Enthusiastic and motivating personality.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Excel.

- Full time.

- Working week - Sunday to Thursday.

- Timings- 09Am to 06Pm.

Skills

Good command of English spoken and written

Well versed with MS Word / Excel

Eye to detail as the position will be first point of contact for the client in regards with solutions.

Order Confirmation and SLA will also be made by Employee

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
