Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot problems via email, phone, or live chat.
Process orders, track deliveries, and update clients on order status.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Prepare reports, presentations, or summaries for internal and client-facing use.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure service delivery.
Monitor client account activities to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
Support contract renewals, billing inquiries, and general account maintenance.
Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are met or exceeded.
