Known for our high standards, market expertise, and service excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to streamline operational and sales processes.


Role Overview: We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Executive to provide vital back-office and frontline support to our real estate sales team. You will handle key tasks such as cold calling property owners, preparing listings, coordinating viewings, managing CRM entries, and keeping the weekly agenda aligned for optimal productivity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Prospecting & Lead Generation

Cold call property owners to generate new listings Follow up with leads and maintain contact through phone, WhatsApp, and email Keep the lead pipeline organized and updated in the CRM

Listing Preparation

Draft accurate and engaging property descriptions Coordinate photography and media content for new listings Coordinate with CRM team for listings on real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)

Viewings & Calendar Coordination

Schedule and confirm viewings, meetings, and calls Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and agents for smooth property access Maintain and organize a dynamic weekly calendar

CRM & Document Management

Keep CRM systems up-to-date with client interactions and deal progress Liaise with conveyancing for sales documents including MOUs, tenancy contracts, Form A/B and F Ensure complete and compliant documentation for all transactions

Sales & Operational Support

Handle incoming admin and coordination tasks from the sales team Upload and organize brochures and materials for new off-plan projects in shared folders Ensure all sales resources are easy to access, well-labeled, and up to date Assist with basic reporting and client presentation materials

Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in real estate or sales support in Dubai Strong cold calling and communication skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Familiarity with real estate portals and Dubai market trends Fluent in English (Arabic, Tagalog is a plus) Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to multitask
