Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc3\x98 Work alongside with the Sales team to manage and strengthen relationship with customers. \xc3\x98 Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings for sales/Design Consultant /Project manager based on relevance. \xc3\x98 Being the product expertise by market research , team observations , market analysis and continuous learning from ongoing projects. \xc3\x98 Helping sales/Project team to serve Architects and Design Consultant Community in developing project specifications ,pre-qualification documents , Vendor registration Material Submittals for final sign-offs from contractors . \xc3\x98 Receive and process inquiries and orders requested by email, phone or SMS Vie CRM \xc3\x98 Coordinate internal communications with department like designs ,Project and manufacturing to respond to clients requirements in proactive manner . \xc3\x98 Sending and coordination of all documents to customer -Quotation , Technical Data Sheet Designs, Sample updates , Plans . \xc3\x98 Coordinate with the Accounts department for payment receipt and processing & ensure all orders are met as per agreed payment terms & delivery terms. \xc3\x98 Prepare & process Quotations, Sales Order, Requisitions, Sample Request, Proforma Invoices. \xc3\x98 Ensuring the project is handed over to the project team with all sign-offs, Po , Advances, and communications with customers. \xc3\x98 Maintain customer accounts & customer database for the company. \xc3\x98 Prepare and submit Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports to Management regarding ongoing projects. \xc3\x98 Optimum usage of resources such as designs , sampling and marketing material . \xc3\x98 Project closing in CRM : Customer feedback form ; all Invoices ; Installation Photos ,Payment Copies \xc3\x98 Handle Customer Complaints or grievances. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
