The New Installation Sales Support Engineer provides critical technical assistance to the sales team throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves evaluating technical inquiries, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring all specifications and documentation align with client requirements. The Sales Support Engineer serves as a key liaison between sales, technical departments, and clients to ensure the accuracy and competitiveness of offers.

Key Responsibilities:
Review technical and commercial aspects of inquiries and tenders to ensure completeness of documentation and specifications.
Assist the sales team in understanding technical requirements, including traffic analysis and system design recommendations.
Prepare and finalize client specifications and project documentation in coordination with the sales lead.
Estimate material and local costs using internal calculation tools or by coordinating with manufacturing facilities.
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations inclusive of all applicable local and international cost components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Installation, Projects, Finance, QHSE) to prepare tender documents and manage compliance requirements.
Coordinate the arrangement of performance bonds and special approvals as needed for tender submissions.
Attend client meetings with the Sales Engineer to provide technical support and clarify project solutions.
Fully comply with the organization's safety standards and regulatory compliance policies at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales support or engineering role.
o Experience in the UAE and in the elevator industry is a must.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of EN standards and technical documentation.
Proficiency in traffic analysis tools and estimation techniques.
Client-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Effective time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
