The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Admin Manager to ensure smooth coordination of sales documentation, system updates, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Admin Manager in day-to-day sales support activities
Prepare and manage quotations, order confirmations, and sales-related documents
Coordinate with internal departments for timely processing of orders and deliveries
Maintain and update data in the ERP system
Handle client inquiries and support the sales team in follow-ups
Prepare periodic sales reports as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Freshers welcome to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Exposure to any ERP system is preferred
Strong communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
