Job Title: Sales Support

- Hiring On boarding (activities)
- Termination & portfolio transfers
- PR (Work Permit/Visa Processing & Renewals)
- HR activities
- Finance Activities (VAT Compliance)
Responsible for delivering high level quality of services for all financials for agents/agencies/ managers / Sales team. Assisting the Sales Support team to maintain high level relationships with the Sales team:
- Understanding of Persistency and IQA logic
- Salary Payouts
- Subsidy for Agents
- Regular Commissions
- Sales Policy payouts
- Sales contest payouts
- Other Ad hoc payment requests
- Commissions Release
- Commission Cycle Review & Reconciliation
- Contest Payout
- Incentive Payout
- Agent code creation
- Vat Signoff
- Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to research and resolve grey areas.
- Very Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel), MIS reporting
