Responsibilities:
Understanding client requirements
Collecting quotations from suppliers
Placing orders by scrutinizing the bids
Negotiation with supplier
Submitting quotes to clients
Issuing PO's
Tracking orders
Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis
Solve customer grievances
Updating and filing of required documents
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Updating the status of sales orders using ERP
Qualification and Experience:
Graduation is a must
Minimum one year experience in a similar role
Or a minimum of one year experience in an admin job
Candidate should be a quick learner
Candidate should be able to multi-task
Should have basic MS Office knowledge
Salary will be based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
