Job Description
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Sales &. Supply Chain Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
. Collect, analyze, and report sales-related data to enhance overall sales
productivity for the currently assigned Export Area II , extendable to other GCC sales territories, not limited to these countries.
- Total understanding/readiness of internal sales duties - sales
on responsibilities.
- Coordinate the sales reporting, forecasting, costing process across all channels
- Generate sales quotation/ Offers/PI consolidation in coordination with
the ERP systems and create relevant tasks, tickets, or other entries in the CRM
(Sales Cloud) for efficient tracking/follow-up and analysis.
- Warranty & samples approval as per approval process.
- Check and verify the pricing structure and availability of products - sales
- Analyze sales and performance records -Interpret results of overall sales and
- Validate sales orders in the system and send order confirmations to customers.
- Liaise with suppliers on availability of material and dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking and packing as per the
- Arrange dispatch of local and export order as per the appropriate incoterms
- Arrange COO and Legalization of shipping invoice in line with regulations of
- Coordinate and negotiate with local forwarders for Land, Sea, Air & Courier
- Maintain record of all orders received and its relevant dispatch status at all
- Communicate timely updates to the customers on status of their orders to
