Looking for energetic Sales Supervisors for fresh food manufacturing company. Candidates must have experience in the same field at least 2 years in UAE market with very good communications skills. As a Sales Supervisors in the Fresh food manufacturing Industry based in the United Arab Emirates, you will play a crucial role in expanding market share and driving revenue growth for a range of products, Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on key markets and industries.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through targeted networking and market research.
Collect, manage and provide relevant market information to support, execute and evaluate optimal sales strategy
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members.
Contacting potential and already existing clients
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing solutions.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a good business relationship with clients in order to achieve your goals
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies aligned with the UAE market dynamics.
Develop and execute sales plans to maximize revenue and market share in the region.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands specific to the UAE.
Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and potential opportunities.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Provide regular reports on sales performance to the management team.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge of MS Office
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the UAE Food industry.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the local market.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the UAE routes/ market and regulations governing the industry.
